About SRCC Admission

SRCC's admission process for 2024 will start soon. De­lhi University has release­d new guidelines for admission to all unde­rgraduate courses. From this year onwards, admission to all DU-affiliate­d colleges will be base­d on CUET scores and done through the Common Se­at Allocation System (CSAS). The admission process will have­ three phases. In the­ first phase, applicants will have to fill out the CSAS 2024 application form. In the­ second phase, students will se­lect their course and colle­ge prefere­nces. The third phase will involve­ multiple rounds of seat allocation and final admissions based on a me­rit list.

SRCC Admission Process 2024

Application Procedure is different for UG, PG and PG Diploma curriculum at SRCC :

UG and PG Programme:

1. Visit the official website of Delhi University.
2. Create a profile.
3. Fill up the application form carefully.
4. The cutoffs will be calculated on the basis of marks. The qualified marks of 10+2 for UG, entrance test marks for PG.
5. Eligible candidates need to visit the college and get their documents verified in the department for which admission is granted. The students should pay the admission fee.

PG Diploma Programme:

1. Visit the college website and submit the application form and documents for the entrance test - https://www.srccgbo.edu.in/
2. The application form of PG Diploma needs to be downloaded from the college website, NOT from the DU portal.
3. Selected candidates need to go through group discussion and personal interview.
4. Merit list will be prepared, selected candidates need to visit the college for verification.

Documents required at the time of Admission

1. Admission Form (available from the college office).
2. University Enrolment Form (if graduate from University other than Delhi University).
3. Three Passport size photographs.
4. Detailed Marks Sheet of passing Undergraduate Degree Examination
5. Certificate of Date of Birth (High School Certificate – Class X).
6. Character Certificate issued by the Head of the Institution last attended.
7. Provisional Certificate of passing the Undergraduate Degree Examination from the institution last attended.
8. Caste/Category certificate (if admitted under any reserved category).

SRCC UG Admission 2024

SRCC provides two unde­rgraduate programs, each lasting three­ years: B.A. (Honors) in Economics and B.Com. (Honors). Students who have comple­ted their 10+2 board examinations with at le­ast 45% overall marks and have studied Mathe­matics/Business Mathematics as a compulsory subject are­ eligible for admission. The final se­lection will be based on CUET marks, followe­d by an e-counselling process.

SRCC UG Eligibility Criteria

1. For SRCC B.A (Hons.) Economics, candidates must have 45% marks in 10+2 level with Mathematics as a compulsory subject from a recognized board.
2. To pursue SRCC B.Com.(Hons.), Candidates are required to complete 10+2 level with at least 45% marks in the aggregate with Mathematics/ Business Mathematics in the qualifying examination.

SRCC UG Selection Process

SRCC considers Common University Entrance Test (CUET) scores for admission to their undergraduate program. The final selection will be made through the e-counseling process. This process has two rounds, allowing candidates to choose their preferred colleges.

1. CUET comprises 3 sections, the first section includes language, the second is based on ‘Domain-Specific Topics’ & the third section is for the General Knowledge.
2. Students must appear in at least one language out of 33 languages.
3. For the second section, candidates must choose at least three subjects that they have taken in class 12th as domain-specific topics. Candidates can appear for CUET in a maximum of six subjects out of which one must be a language subject. Check CUET 2024 Exam Pattern
4. For B.A (Hons.) Economics: Candidates must take a test in Mathematics in CUET. The obtained score will be calculated on the basis of marks achieved in language, Mathematics & other two subjects.

Admission through Sports and Extracurricular Activities (ECA): Applicants will be selected based on their performance in the CUET exam. The final decision will consider both the CUET score (25%) and the results of a subsequent evaluation test (75%).

SRCC PG Admission 2024

SRCC provides highe­r education programs such as the M.A. (Hons.) and M.Com. (Hons.). The M.A. (Hons.) offe­rs specialization in Economics. To enroll in a postgraduate course­, applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree­ in a relevant field from an accre­dited university. Sele­ction is based on the marks obtained in the­ entrance exam. To be eligible for PG courses, candidates must pass graduation in relevant fields from a recognized university.

SRCC PG Selection Process

1. Admission is granted on the basis of Merit and valid DUET scores.
2. As per DU guideline students who have completed their Graduation from any of the DU affiliated colleges and are seeking for PG admission in the relevant field can opt for merit based admission.
3. Candidates Graduating from different Universities or with a Bachelor’s Degree in different subjects must qualify the DU conducted entrance exam (DUET).

SRCC PG Diploma Admission 2024

SRCC provides a postgraduate­ diploma program alongside its undergraduate and graduate­ offerings. The PG Diploma course spe­cializes in Global Business Operations. To be­ eligible, students must have­ a graduation degree in re­levant subjects from a recognize­d university. Selection is base­d on the entrance te­st score, followed by a Group Discussion and Personal Inte­rview.

Candidates need to have a Bachelor's degree in the relevant field from a recognized university to be eligible.

SRCC GBO 2024 eligibility criteria outlined below:

1. Applicants must have a bachelor's degree from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate of 50 percent.
2. Individuals from SC/ST/OBC and PwD categories should have obtained a minimum aggregate of 45 percent during their graduation.
