The academy offers undergraduate, postgraduate, super specialty, Ph.D., elective, and fellowship courses across Medical, Nursing, and Allied Health Sciences streams. It comprises three colleges: Medical College, Nursing College, and Allied Health Sciences College. Additionally, St. John’s Medical College Hospital, established in 1975, is attached to the academy and accommodates 1,350 in-patient beds.
