Established in 1997 by the Sree Group of Industries, Sreenidhi Institute of Science and Technology (SNIST) offers three major programs with a total of 18 specializations. These include B.Tech with 10 specializations under the UG program, M.Tech with 7 specializations under the PG program, and an MBA program. Admission to SNIST is based on entrance exams conducted by JNTUH, with applications available online. For B.Tech, candidates need valid EAMCET scores and participate in JNTU counselling. M.Tech admissions require a valid PGECET score, and MBA admissions are through ICET followed by counselling by Telangana State Council of Higher Education. SNIST is an autonomous institute approved by AICTE and accredited with an A-Grade by NAAC, affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTUH).

SNIST B.Tech Admission 2024

Eligibilty Criteria

1. Candidates should have passed 10+2 (MPC) with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or equivalent from CBSE or any recognized board.
2. For EAMCET, a minimum of 45% marks for the general category and 40% marks for the reserved category are mandatory.
3. Candidates will have to qualify for the EAMCET exam, conducted by JNTU.
4. The minimum age limit to apply for EAMCET is 16 years.

Selection Criteria

1. For selection in the B.Tech program, 25% weightage of 12th marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and 75% weightage of TS EAMCET will be considered.
2. The candidate has to register for counseling online at the official EAMCET website. After filling application, form a fee of INR 500 for the general category and 250 for reserved candidates has to be paid online.
3. The exam will be computer-based for 3 hours. The test will consist of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics related 160 MCQs, and the marking scheme is +1 for the correct answer.
4. Seats are allotted based on the category-wise merit list cut-offs released for TS EAMCET by JNTU

SNIST M.Tech Admission 2024

Eligibility Criteria

• The minimum eligibility criteria for the M.Tech program are graduation degree with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for reserved categories) is required.
• TS PGECET score is mandatory to secure admission in the M.Tech program.
• There is no minimum/maximum age limit to appear for the exam.

Selection Criteria

1. Candidates have to register online for TS PGECET official site will the relevant details.
2. The PGECET will be a computer-based test of 120 minutes having 120 MCQs. +1 marks for every correct answer with no negative marking.
3. Syllabus depends on the subject chosen by the candidate.
4. The result will be in the form of a rankcard. Cut off will be released category and college wise. The minimum cut-off is 25%(30 marks) for the general category and no minimum cut-off for reserved category students.

SNIST MBA Admission 2024

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree from UGC/AICTE/DEC with a minimum 50% marks (45% marks for reserved category).
• Candidate must be an Indian national and can be of any category. There is no age limit to appear for the exam.

Selection Criteria

• Candidates have to register online for TS ICET official site.
• The TSICET will be a computer-based test of 2 hours 30 minutes having 200 MCQs. +1 marks for every correct answer with no negative marking.
• There will be 3 major sections Analytical Ability, Mathematical Ability, and Communication Ability.
• The result will be in the form of rank cards and students will be ranked in the order of merit. General and OBC category students have to score a minimum 25% of the total marks(50 marks) and there is no minimum cut-off for reserved category students.
• Admission in MBA is done on the basis counselling process.
