During placements in 2023, the top package, both domestically and internationally, was INR 35.02 LPA and INR 67.60 LPA, respectively. At the SCMHRD MBA placements in 2023, the average package provided was INR 23.71 LPA. In addition, over 112 recruiters took part in the 2023 placements, including 38 new recruiters. During placements 2023, the BFSI industry stood out as the top sector with a 22% placement rate.
The MBA Business Analytics cohort 2021–2023 was offered the highest package of INR 33.61 LPA and the lowest package of INR 22.03 LPA.
Additionally, the MBA Infrastructure Development and Management (IDM) class 2021–2023 received packages ranging from INR 27 LPA to INR 16.11 LPA on average, which was the biggest package offered. In 2023, Barclays, ICICI Bank, Genpact, Accenture, Honeywell, and other companies were the main employers of SCMHRD.
According to the summer placement report for batches 2022–24, the average and maximum stipends granted to MBA candidates were INR 2.52 LPA and INR 4.40 LPA, respectively. Furthermore, the maximum stipend granted to MBA IDM students was INR 1.60 LPA, while MBA BA students received INR 2.50 LPA.
