The survey states that the average package offered to MBA (Communication Management) students was INR 8.24 LPA, while the highest package was INR 20.50 LPA. During placements in 2023, the maximum package offered to MA(MC) Journalism was INR 6 LPA, while the average package was INR 4.57 LPA. Additionally, during the Symbiosis Institute of Media and Communication placements in 2023, a 100% placement rate for MBA (CM) and MA (MC) Journalism was noted. Additionally, the maximum package of INR 7.10 LPA was assigned to 81% of MA(MC) Audio-Visual students. In terms of SIMC Pune placements in 2023, the leading employers included Cognizant, Vedanta, Network 18, Thomson Reuters, and others.
