The initial branch of XLRI, Jamshedpur is called Xavier School of Management (XLRI)-NCR. It's in the Haryanan district of Jhajjar. The establishment took place in 2017. The purpose of the 36-acre campus' development was to increase XLRI-Jamshedpur's national reach. Only a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDM-BM) is currently available at XLRI NCR. Courses including the PGDM in Human Resource Management (PGDM HRM), the Executive General Management Program (PGDM-GMP), the Fellow Program in Management (FPM), Corporate, and Certificate programs will soon be offered phase-by-phase by XLRI NCR.

Application Process for Xavier School Of Management

1. Visit the official website of the XAT examination and click on “Register”.
2. Verify your email ID by clicking on the link and proceed to complete the application form
3. Fill the form with required personal details
4. Then the candidate has to upload the scanned copy of the candidate’s photograph and signature
5. Proceed to fill in the academic details, and work experience if any
6. Select the academic program as per your choice
7. Candidate must choose their preferred city for XAT examination
8. Pay the application fees of Rs. 2100/- through Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Internet Banking
9. Lastly, submit the duly filled application form.

Eligibility Criteria 2024

The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree of minimum 3 years duration in any discipline to be eligible for the PGDM-BM programme.

Selection Criteria 2024

1. Admissions to the course is based on the score obtained in XAT entrance examination conducted by the institute
2. Only NRI or foreign students may choose to apply to the programme through GMAT scores
3. Shortlisted candidates will have to appear for an personal interview or group discussion
4. Besides the performance in the exam and interview, the final selection will be based on factors such as relevant experience, academic background, and extracurricular activities.
