  • Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English is mandatory.
  • General category students need at least 50% aggregate. For PwD candidates, it is 45%, and for SC/ST/OBC candidates, it is 40%.
  • For MBBS, qualifying for NEET‑UG is compulsory. For B.Sc Nursing and paramedical courses, candidates must clear the AIIMS entrance exam.
  • There is no domicile requirement for MBBS All‑India quota seats. However, state quota rules may apply to other categories.

So, a student who has passed Class 12 with the required marks and subjects, and meets the age limit, is eligible to apply for AIIMS MBBS, Nursing, or paramedical courses.
