INI CET Exam 2025: Important Updates

The final registration for the INI CET 2025 July session began on April 3, 2025. To proceed with final registration, candidates must generate an Exam Unique Code (EUC)—a mandatory step marking the final stage of the application process. Initially scheduled for April 1, 2025, the EUC generation was postponed. The deadline to complete final registration was April 25, 2025. The INI CET 2025 exam for the July session will be conducted in computer-based mode on May 17, 2025. AIIMS has also released a tentative seat matrix for this session.

The basic registration process began on March 10, 2025, and remained open until April 15, 2025. The INI CET application process is divided into two phases: basic registration and final registration. During the basic registration phase, candidates must enter fundamental details, including their name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. After completing this, they could generate the EUC to move on to final registration.

Candidates who complete the application process will receive their INI CET July 2025 admit card, which will be available for download on the official website, aiimsexams.ac.in, from May 10, 2025. The INI CET result will be declared online in PDF format on May 24, 2025. To qualify, candidates must meet the minimum cut-off: 50th percentile for the general category and 45th percentile for reserved categories.

Qualified candidates will be eligible to participate in the INI CET 2025 counselling process. They must register online and select their preferences for seat allotment. AIIMS will conduct four rounds of counselling, including a mock round. For the July 2025 session, 1,235 seats will be available.

Preparation Tips for INI CET Exam 2025

Since INI CET is a postgraduate-level entrance exam, candidates must prepare thoroughly to perform well. The following preparation strategies are highly recommended:

  • Stay updated with the latest INI CET exam pattern.

  • Create a structured study plan to cover the entire syllabus efficiently.

  • The syllabus is based on undergraduate-level (MBBS) subjects, focusing on all MBBS topics.

  • Avoid surface-level studying—deep understanding of concepts is essential.

  • Follow a dedicated study timetable to ensure each subject receives proper attention.

  • Spend extra time on weaker areas or subjects where you're less confident.

  • Regularly solve previous years' papers to strengthen exam readiness.

  • Use mock tests to assess your preparation and identify areas for improvement.

  • Give special emphasis to the clinical subjects, as the exam may assess clinical competencies.

INI CET 2025 Mock Test

The INI CET 2025 mock tests are valuable for evaluating your preparation. After completing the syllabus, practice mock exams to track your performance and identify improvement areas.

Regular mock test practice not only builds confidence but also provides insights into how to fine-tune your strategy. While AIIMS does not release official mock tests, candidates are encouraged to solve previous year papers and sample tests to familiarise themselves with the exam pattern and question types.
