Key Changes in SNAP Test (Since 2021)

Since 2021, the SNAP governing body has removed the Current Affairs / General Knowledge section. As a result, you only need to prepare for three sections: General English, Analytical & Logical Reasoning, and Quantitative, Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency. The exam consists of 60 questions to be answered in 60 minutes. The marking scheme is +1 for every correct answer and -0.25 (negative marking) for every incorrect answer.

The SNAP 2025 fee was approximately INR 2,360 per attempt (INR 7,080 if registering for all three test windows); the fee for SNAP 2026 is expected to be in a similar range and will be officially confirmed on snaptest.org.

2. Click on the "New User" tab.

3. Read and accept the terms and conditions by clicking "I agree."

4. Log in, fill in all necessary information, and complete the SNAP registration form for 2026.

6. Fill out Part II of the registration form, providing details about your preferred institutes.

Test Cities for SNAP Test 2026

You will be able to take the SNAP exam from 80+ cities throughout India. During registration, you can select up to three preferred test cities in order of preference. Test centers will be assigned based on slot availability. After the payment for the SNAP online test is completed, no changes to the selected test center will be allowed. The final assigned test center will be listed on your admit card.
