Amrita School of Engineering (ASE) was founded in 1994 and is situated in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. It was the Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham Group's first facility for higher education. The National Board of Accreditation (NBA) and the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) have both granted the Institute approval. About Amrita School of Engineering

Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham's Amrita School of Engineering (ASE) Coimbatore was founded in 1994. With AICTE-approved MTech specializations, it provides BTech, MTech, and integrated MSc degrees. A recognized board pass in class 12 is a prerequisite for admission to BTech and MSc programs; a bachelor's degree in engineering is required for admission to MTech programs. The campus offers lodging in addition to amenities like an auditorium, restaurant, hostels, and library. Sports facilities include basketball and volleyball courts in addition to football and cricket parks.
