The Placement Cell (IIP & TTC) at CIEM follows a globally recognized training module designed to enhance student employability. The cell conducts specialized programs in career planning, career mapping, personality development, and communication skills, along with mock interviews and group discussions. Career guidance sessions are organized starting from the second year to help students prepare for placements.
Since 2007, CIEM has seen consistent growth in placements, including an increase in the number of job offers, annual packages, and recruiter participation. Despite the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic in the academic year 2020-2021, CIEM students secured opportunities from around 90 companies across various industries.
