The curriculum of CMCH Bhopal includes UG, PG, Diploma, and Certificate courses. The undergraduate programs include of a five and a half-year MBBS program that can accommodate 150 students, a four-year BSc in Nursing program, a three-year BSc program with two specialties, and a two-year Post Basic BSc in Nursing course. The PG level programs include an MSc in Nursing program that lasts two years and an MD program with five disciplines and two intakes per discipline. Additionally, the college offers a three-year Diploma in Nursing program, a six-month Diploma in General Nursery and Midwifery program, a six-month Diploma program in six paramedical disciplines, three certificate programs with fifty seats each, and a two-seat Certificate in Critical Care program.
With a 4 ½ year term and a mandatory 1-year internship, Chirayu Medical College and Hospital admits 150 students annually, of whom 127 are designated for non-resident Indian candidates and 23 are reserved for other students.Candidates for admission to the MBBS program must have passed the 10+2 exams in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology. Admission to the program is granted using CBS's NEET-UG.
The four-year BSc in Nursing program, the three-year BSc program in two additional fields, and the two-year Post Basic BSc in Nursing program are all offered by Chirayu Medical College and Hospital.
A minimum of 50% of the candidates who completed the PCBE 10+2 exam are thought to be qualified for admission to the BSc program. The Post Basic BSc in Nursing program is open to students who have passed the 10+2 or equivalent test, earned a GNM certificate, and registered as RNRM with the State Nurse Registration Council.
Candidates are admitted to the BSc and Post Basic BSc in Nursing programs based on how well they performed on the qualifying exam.
The MD program at Chirayu Medical College and Hospital accepts two applicants for each of its five specializations. Candidates are deemed eligible to apply to the MD program if they have completed their MBBS at a university that has been recognized by MCI. The Directorate of Medical Education conducts counseling after admission to the program is determined by NEET PG merit.
Two years are required for the M.Sc. in Nursing program offered by Chirayu Medical College and Hospital.
Candidates for admission to the MSc in Nursing program must be registered nurses or midwives with any State Nursing Registration Council, have completed their B.Sc., B.Sc. (Hons), and Post Basic B.Sc. in Nursing with a minimum of 55% (50% for SC/ST candidates) in marks, and have at least one year of work experience following their B.Sc. or Post Basic B.Sc. in Nursing. The candidate's performance on the qualifying exam determines their admission to the course.
