DIT University Course and Fees

Undergraduate, graduate, and doctorate level courses are available at the Dehradun Institute of Technology. There are sixty courses offered by DIT University Dehradun in total. At every level, the institute provides a variety of specialty courses. Only full-time courses are offered by DIT University Dehradun. Courses in engineering and architecture, sciences, arts, humanities and social sciences, animation and design, and many other fields are offered by DIT University Dehradun. The applicant must fulfil the requirements for admission to DIT University Dehradun. Course-specific costs and durations are different at DIT University Dehradun. The cost of attending DIT University Dehradun is between Rs 1.80 and Rs 13.10 lakhs.

DIT University Scholarship 2024

DIT University offers several scholarships for students with academic excellence. The scholarships are based on the merit of the students. The scholarships are mentioned below:

1. Merit-Based Scholarships: Scholarships are based on merit throughout the program. Students get 10, 20, and 30% of scholarships on tuition fees.
2. Uttarakhand / Other Himalayan States Scholarships: A 26% scholarship on Tuition fees is granted to the permanent residents of Uttarakhand / Other Himalayan States for whom 40% of seats are reserved in all UG / PG programs. For claiming the scholarship students need to carry a valid Original Domicile Certificate at the time of their Counseling / Admission.
3. Shri Naveen Agarwal Ji Scholarship For Girl Students: 10% scholarship on Tuition fee for Girl students in 1st year of the UG program, if the student has scored 80% and above in X & XII Standard. For continuation of CGPA of 8.5 should be maintained every year.
4. Scholarship For Son/Daughter Of Defence Personnel: 5% scholarship on Tuition fees for the wards of Defense personnel. Students will be considered eligible only if she/he has a valid certificate.
5. Scholarship Based On Performance In Sports: The scholarship will be awarded as per the Sports Quota Scholarship Policy only for the 1st year of the program.
6. Financial Assistance For Sibling(s): 5% scholarship on Tuition fee of the first year for the siblings of present students/alumni.
7. Scholarship For Ward Of Single Mothers: 5% scholarship on Tuition fees for the ward of a single mother whose income is less than 5 LPA.
8. Scholarship For Differently Abled Students: A scholarship of 5% on Tuition fees is applicable for differently-abled students. Eligible students must submit the certificate of Handicap by the Government/Hospital. For continuation of the scholarship, the student should maintain a CGPA of 7.0 every year.
