Heritage Institute of Technology Placements

All of the institute's placement-related operations are overseen and managed by the Training and Placements Office, located on the HIT campus. The training and placements office at Heritage Institute of Technology Kolkata organises placement drives to help students become employable. Many recruitment companies are invited to participate in the HIT placement drives by the training and placement division of HIT Kolkata. Prior to the placement drives on the HIT Kolkata campus, the placement department offers its students a variety of skill development and training activities, including programming, aptitude training, personality development, orientation programmes, and more. According to NIRF data, 837 students from HIT Kolkata were placed in total between 2022 and 2023, with an average package ranging from Rs. 4.50 to Rs. 4.83 LPA.
