What is the cut-off in CAT / MAT / CMAT / XAT to apply for PGDM courses?

The cut-off is 50 percentile. However, we conduct a day-long Personality Profiling Exercise including Group Discussion and Personal Interview for levelling various factors of selection standard. Based on performance in all these tests, Academic achievements and Work Experience, cut-off for admission is determined.

There is no minimum work experience required in order to apply for the course. Freshers can also apply for admission.

What are the rules for refund of fee in case of cancellation of admission?

If a student withdraws before or after the start of the course and the seat vacated by the student is filled by the institution, part of the fee will be refunded as per Management Rules. However, in case the seat remains vacant and is not filled by the last date of admission, the student will not be entitled to get any refund from the institution and will be obliged to pay the full fee for the entire tenure of the course.

Does I Business Institute organize summer internships?

By the completion of 1st year, IBI starts with a summer internship program for the students. Before starting with Internships, the students get trained rigorously by conducting mock interviews, panel interviews, group discussions, role-plays, presentations so that they can crack the internship interviews. What is the Admission Procedure for PGDM courses at IBI?

All applicants should first pre-qualify through I Business Institute (IBI) prescribed tests. As such all applicants taking the CAT / MAT / CMAT / XAT examination, achieving high percentile score are considered for selection for the Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) program. This attainment is considered as pre-qualification for stage - II selection procedure of I Business Institute. All candidates clearing the pre- qualifying test are also required to go through IBI’s Admission Selection Process. The final selection of the student is declared on the basis of the Composite Marking Scheme.

What is the selection criteria for admission to PGDM offered by I Business Institute, Greater Noida?

I Business Institute, Greater Noida will assess the applicants on the basis of CAT/XAT/CMAT/MAT score. The process will be followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview.  The institute also conducts a written test for all the applicants to assess and evaluate analytical and communication capabilities. Does the Institute provide Hostel facility for Boys and Girls?

Yes, we have hostel facility for both boys and girls with single and twin sharing rooms including all major meals, comfortable bed with mattress, study table, and storage , Wi-Fi Internet and many other facilities.
