The institute has made available its 2023 placement report. The official website reports that the placement rate for 2023 was 85.90%. Additionally, IPE Hyderabad postings 2023 saw the highest package awarded at INR 24.75 LPA and the average package offered at INR 7.10 LPA. In previous years, Amazon, Deloitte, ICICI Bank, PwC, and other companies were among the top hirers at IPE Hyderabad.

Details about the 2020–21 internship program have also been made public by the institute. A total of 19 part-time internships and 534 SIPs were available. Reports state that 181 firms took part in the 2021 IPE Hyderabad summer internship program.
