KMCT Dental College, established in 2006 and located in Manassery, Kozhikode, Tamil Nadu, is affiliated with the Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS) since 2010. As a minority status institution recognized by the Dental Council of India and the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, the college offers Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) and Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) programs in various disciplines. The BDS program, which has a duration of five and a half years, admits candidates who have completed their higher secondary examination through the National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET). The college also offers a three-year MDS program in disciplines including Oral Pathology and Microbiology, Periodontology, Prosthodontics, Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics, Oral Medicine and Radiology, Pedodontics, Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics, and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Application Process for KMCT Dental College

KMCT Dental College BDS Admission 2024

Applicants may be admitted to the Bachelor of Dental Surgery (4.5 years plus one year of required internship) program if they have completed the 10+2 Higher Secondary Education, Kerala, or examinations recognised as equivalent thereto, with 50% of the marks in Biology separately and 50% of the marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology combined. English must also have been studied as a required subject in the +2 level.

A valid NEET score obtained in the NEET examination for admission to postgraduate dental courses in each academic year conducted in the manner prescribed by the National Board of Examination or any other authority appointed by the Central Government in this regard. A recognised Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree awarded by a University or institute in India that is registered with the State Dental Council. A valid NEET score obtained in the NEET examination for admission to a dental college that has been approved or recognised.
