About Manipal Academy of Higher Education Admission

Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) was established in 1953 in Manipal, Karnataka. MAHE is now accepting applications for its undergraduate and postgraduate courses in 2024. Admission is based on the marks students obtain in their qualifying exams. At the undergraduate level, MAHE offers programs like B.Tech (both regular and lateral entry), B.Pharm, BBA, PharmD, B.Arch, and BA (Media & Communication). For postgraduate studies, the university has options like M.Sc (Medical), M.Sc (Nursing), ME, M.Tech, M.Pharm, Pharm.D (Post Baccalaureate), and other M.Sc courses. MAHE also provides M.Phil and PhD programs.

Admission to most courses at Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) is based on the Manipal Entrance Test (MET), followed by a group discussion and personal interview. The MET 2024 application form has been released online.

MAHE also considers national-level entrance exams like NATA, JEE Paper-II, NEET PG/UG, and SS and MDS for admission. For M.Phil and PhD programs, admission is based on an entrance test, evaluation of past academic records, and an interview. Candidates with UGC NET, CSIR NET, ICMR JRF, JEST or INSPIRE fellowship are exempted from the MAHE PhD entrance test.

The entrance test fee for selected courses at MAHE is INR 1400, and the application fee for all courses is INR 600.

Important Note:

MAHE charges INR 600 as an application fee for all courses. Entrance Test Fee for selected courses at MAHE is INR 1400. Furthermore, the application fee for Foreign / NRI / NRI Sponsored category at Manipal Academy of Higher Education is INR 2500.
