Located near Mangalore, the Manipal College of Dental Sciences (MCODS) was founded in 1968. One of the colleges that make up Manipal Academy for Higher Education (MAHE) is MCODS. Manipal College of Dental Sciences received recognition in 1991 from the Dental Council of India. Consequently, adhering to the standards established by the council for admission to different dentistry programs. MCODS also adheres to ISO 9001:2015 guidelines to deliver high-quality healthcare education. Application Process for Manipal College of Dental Sciences

• Registration & Choice Filling: Candidates can log on to https://mcc.nic.in to complete the registration process and fill in the choice of course.  
• Online counseling & Seat Allotment: This is taken care of by DGHS / MCC based on entrance scores and scores in the previous examination.  
• Reporting to the Institute:After the merit list is released, students can go to their respective institutions to complete the necessary admission formalities.

For UG Admissions:

1. NEET Admit Card, Scorecard or Rank Letter
2. Class X certificate and mark sheet (for date of birth)
3. Class XII certificate and mark sheet
4. ID proof (Aadhar/PAN Card/Driving License/Passport)

6. Provisional Allotment Letter

For PG Admissions:

1. MBBS Certificate.
2. MBBS 3rd Part II mark sheet.
3. Medical Registration Certificate.
4. Internship Completion Certificate.
5. Photo identity proof in the form of Certificate with an attested photo from the Head of Institution last studied/Copy of Passport/Aadhar Card/PAN Card/Driving License (Self-attested photocopy after verifying with the original documents).
6. Copy of: Birth Certificate for proof of age (if the date of birth not given in the HSC mark sheet/ certificate).
7. NEET Score Card.
8. Copy of Online Counselling Registration Certificate of West Bengal Medical Counselling Committee (WBMCC).
9. Sponsorship Certificate from State Govt. If applicable.
10. Passport size Photographs 8 copies.

Eligibility Criteria

• Date of Birth should fall on or before December 31, 2002.
• Pass in 10+2 /A level / IB / American High School Diploma or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Biotechnology and English from a recognized Board, with a minimum of 50% marks individually in Physics, Chemistry and Biology / Biotechnology

Selection Criteria

• Admission selections are based on scores in NEET UG entrance examination.
• Also, on the basis of scores obtained in the previous qualifying examination.
• Final selection based upon counselling followed by allotment of seats for admission.

Eligibility Criteria

• Pass in BDS degree recognised by Dental Council of India.
• Candidates completing their compulsory rotating internship on or before May 31 are eligible.

Selection Criteria

• Based on entrance examination- NEET PG.
• Scores in BDS degree (qualifying degree).
• Also based upon internship and permanent registration with Dental Council of India.
