Malout Institute of Management and Information Technology offers a four-year, full-time B.Tech program in four specializations with 60 seats per course. Admission is open to candidates who have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, along with an optional subject like Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Computer Science, or those holding a Diploma in Engineering. Lateral-entry admission is available for Diploma holders in the relevant field. B.Tech admissions are based on JEE Main scores and conducted through online counselling by IKGPTU, while lateral-entry admissions are based on merit in the last qualifying exam.

MIMIT Malout M.Tech, M.Sc. and MBA Admission 2023

Malout Institute of Management and Information Technology offers M.Tech (Mechanical Engineering), M.Sc. (Mathematics), and MBA as part of its postgraduate programs. To be eligible for the M.Tech course, candidates must have a B.E./B.Tech. in a related field with at least 50% aggregate marks. MBA candidates need a minimum of a three-year Bachelor's degree in any discipline, while M.Sc. applicants must have a BA/B.Sc. with Honours in Mathematics or Mathematics as a subject, with at least 50% aggregate marks. Admission to M.Tech is through GATE, MBA through CMAT, and M.Sc. is based on merit in the qualifying examination.
