About Rabindranath Tagore University Admission

Rabindranath Tagore University (RNTU) Admission 2024 is now open. Admissions are based on either merit or the AJEE (AISECT Joint Entrance Test). Previously known as AISECT University, RNTU Bhopal was established in 1985 and offers UG, PG, Diploma, and PG Diploma programs across various departments, including Arts, Computer Application, Information Technology, Computer Science, Nursing, Law, Commerce, Management, and Science.

Prospective students can fill out application forms for Admission 2024 on the official RNTU website, with a fee of INR 500 for the AJEE. The minimum eligibility for UG courses is a pass in 10+2, while a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field is required for PG courses.

Rabindranath Tagore University UG Admission 2024

At the undergraduate level, RNTU offers a variety of courses including BE, BA, BA (Hons), B.Com, B.Com (Hons), BCA, B.Sc., B.Sc. (Hons), B.Ed, B.P.Ed, BPT, B.Lib, BBA, BMLT, and LL.B, as well as an Integrated BA-LL.B program. The minimum eligibility for these courses is a pass in 10+2 in the relevant subject group, except for B.Ed, B.P.Ed, B.Lib, and LL.B, which require a Bachelor’s degree.

Admission to all courses is based on either merit in the qualifying exam or a valid AJEE score.

RNTU also offers B.Voc, M.Voc, and Ph.D. courses in various disciplines at the Doctorate level in full-time mode.For B.Voc, candidates must have passed 12th grade in any stream, or alternatively, have completed 10th grade plus a 2-year ITI or Polytechnic Diploma.

For M.Voc, applicants should hold a Graduate/B.E./B.Tech degree in Electronics from a recognized university.Candidates applying for Ph.D. programs must possess a Master’s degree in the relevant discipline with 55% marks (50% for reserved categories) from a recognized university.

Applications can be submitted online through the official website typically in July. Admission is based on the candidates’ performance in a university-based entrance exam followed by an interview.
