Students who represent India or Karnataka as a sportsperson at the junior or senior level are eligible for this scholarship. The reimbursement levels are given below:
Scheduled Caste (SC) students whose family income is less than ₹12,000 are eligible for this scholarship. The fee reimbursement is ₹400 per annum for UG courses.
For PG courses, the fee reimbursement is ₹500 per annum. Only those SC students whose family income is less than ₹12,000 can avail of this scholarship.
This scholarship is awarded to students who have enrolled in M.Phil courses and are ready to submit their thesis. The fee reimbursement is ₹8,000.
PhD students are eligible for this scholarship. It is awarded to the students at the end of their research work. The fee reimbursement is ₹10,000.
