The SPJIMR Placements for the year 2024 concluded with an impressive 100% placement rate. The highest package offered reached INR 81 LPA; however, the average package stood at INR 33 LPA. More than 70% of the cohort (batch) secured offers of INR 30 LPA, while 90% obtained offers of INR 25 LPA. In total, students received 138 pre-placement offers from various sectors. Among these sectors, Consulting emerged as the dominant field, accounting for 35% of placements. A total of 72 recruiters participated in SPJIMR Placements 2024, which included 33 new entrants to the recruitment process.
