• Candidates applying for this undergraduate course need to have cleared 10+2 Higher Secondary/ Sr. Secondary exam or equivalent courses from any recognised institute. 
• Candidates must have scored at least 45% marks in Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry in aggregate and must be a valid rank holder of West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE) / All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE). 
• For lateral entry admission to B.Tech, the candidates are required to pass Diploma in Engineering with 60% aggregate and no backlog from any AICTE approved institute with a valid rank in West Bengal Joint Entrance for Lateral Entry (JELET).
