  3. The online application form must be completed with genuine and accurate details in reference to marks obtained in the previous qualifying exams, contact information, personal data etc.
  4. Candidates are required to pay the application fee online using credit/ debit card, internet banking, or e-challans. No other mode of payment is recognized by CEE, Kerala.
  5. The candidate must remember to clearly specify/ select his/ her desired course while filling the application form online.
  6. Applications without a choice of course would be considered as incomplete, and hence rejected.
  7. The applicant must take a printout of the complete application form after submitting the information online. The same will be required for future correspondence.
  8. A copy of the application form printout must be sent along with self-attested photocopies of relevant documents to CEE so as to reach the respective office on or before the last date.
  9. A recent passport size photograph of the applicant (identical to the one uploaded) must be pasted in the application form and must be attested by the Head of the Institution last attended, or by a Gazetted Officer of the Govt.
  10. A unique application/ key number and password will be provided to the candidate which must be maintained with confidentiality and in safe custody till the end of the allotment process.
  11. Candidates should send only one application for admission to any or all of the courses in KEAM.
  12. Candidates except SC/ ST/ OEC category should submit income certificate also along with the printout of the complete application form for availing income based fee concession/ scholarship.
  13. Online Option Confirmation is mandatory for participating in each phase of allotment.
  14. Candidates applying for Management Quota/ NRI seats can download the application form and annexures from the official website of institute.
  15. Alternatively, the application form and prospectus can be collected from the institute campus in person by paying the prescribed application fee.

  17. Bonds in Stamp papers worth INR 200 as mentioned in Annexure-I & III (refer to prospectus)
  18. Refundable Security Deposit for an amount equivalent to one-year tuition fee
  19. Two sets of self-attested photocopies of all the documents/certificates listed above and Ten Passport size photographs of the candidate (one of them shall be laminated on the facing side)
