  1. Age: Male candidates born on or after September 1, 2003, are eligible to apply for the 2025 batch. According to the Government of India guidelines, there is a two-year age relaxation for female candidates. Girls born on or after September 1, 2001, are eligible to apply for the 2025 batch.
  2. Gender: Both genders can apply.
  3. Marital Status: Only unmarried candidates will be considered for this position.
  4. Academic Qualifications: Candidates must have completed/completing the Senior Secondary Examination (10+2) or its equivalent with:
    1. At least 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM), and
    2. At least 50% marks in English either in Class X or Class XII
  5. Physical Fitness: The Institute has laid down detailed minimum physical fitness and medical standards. The candidate has to meet these standards to qualify for admission. Candidates are advised to undergo a medical examination by a competent doctor before applying.
