Aryabhatta Institute of Engineering and Management Placement

The Placement Cell (PC) of the Aryabhatta Institute of Engineering and Management (AIEM), Durgapur, is tasked with overseeing all placement-related activities on campus. This cell serves to bridge the gap between the companies' requirements and the students' expectations. However, the AIEMD Durgapur also organizes regular guest lectures; during these lectures, prominent speakers from the industry share their valuable insights with students. Although the primary focus is on placements, this initiative enriches the educational experience of the students. Because of these efforts, students are better prepared for the competitive job market.
