Banasthali Vidyapith provides more than 121 courses at UG, PG and other levels. Banasthali Vidyapith course admission is subject to merit in the last qualifying exam or entrance accepted across different courses. Banasthali Vidyapith offers courses, namely B.P.Ed, B.E. / B.Tech, etc. at the UG level. In addition to this, M.E./M.Tech, M.Pharma, etc. is offered at the postgraduate level. Admissions to all these courses are merit based.

There are various merit-based scholarships are provided to the students, including:

• The money offered to the students who placed first and second in the Vidyapith's Arts, Science, and Home Science group (Full Course) senior secondary certificate examination is INR 5,000.
• The amount granted to the students who placed first and second in the Vidyapith's B.A., B.Sc., B.C.A., B.B.A., and B.Sc. Home Science test is INR 10,000.
