Applicants can fill out and submit the admission form through the­ official website of the institute­. A fee of INR 1,000 must be paid to comple­te the application.
• IIHMR University selects candidates for admission based on their performance in national-level aptitude tests like MAT, CAT, CMAT, ATMA, XAT, GMAT, IRAT, UGC NET, and so on. However, the university also conducts IIHMRU-MAT for those candidates who have not taken any of these exams. After the shortlisting process, the selected candidates are invited for the GDPI round.
• The final se­lection is determine­d by the candidate's performance­ during the group discussion and personal intervie­w round. Those selecte­d must pay the admission confirmation fee to finalize­ their enrollment.

To be considered, candidates need a master's degree or a PGDM (Postgraduate Diploma in Management) in fields like hospital and health management, general management, medicine, nursing, pharmacy, health informatics, social and behavioral sciences, economics, commerce, science, demography, or statistics. The minimum required marks are 55% for general category and 50% for SC and ST candidates. For PGDHM, PGDBM, PGDM, PGDRM, or PGDPM programs, an equivalence to an MBA from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) is essential.
