About SJE Scholarship
Different schemes of scholarship have been launched by the Social Justice and Empowerment Department (SJE) of the Government of Rajasthan to improve the socio-economic conditions of people such as Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC), Economically Backward Classes (EBC), Special Backward Classes (SBC), disabled, old citizens and women. The area department aligned its objective by launching its web portal - SJE, for the people of Rajasthan. The portal links the details related to the schemes run by the State government. Eligibility Criteria for Scholarship
Post-Matric & CM Scholarship, Rajasthan
- The candidate should be belonging to the categories SC/ST/OBC/SBC/EBC/DNT
- The learner must be studying in class 11 or 12 in an authorized school.
- The annual family income of SC/ST/SBC category students should be below ₹2.5 Lakh, ₹1 Lakh for OBC/EBC students and ₹2 Lakh for DNT students and ₹5 Lakh for state players studying at a nationalized institution.
Dr. Ambedkar Post-Matric Scholarship for EBC Students, Rajasthan
- Students should be General EBC category only.
- The maximum family income should not exceed ₹1, 00,000 in a year.
- The scholarship, however, can be availed by students for both undergraduate and graduation studies.
Post Matric Scholarship for Scheduled Backward Castes Students, Rajasthan.
- The student indenting the scheme should be SBC and must be pursuing studies in class XI to Post Graduation level both.
- Possible payout of ₹ 1, 08,000 after every year for a family.
- The self-earners can apply through distance learning/correspondence (if they're pursuing these studies).
Institution of Dr. Ambedkar International Scholarship Scheme for SC Students in Rajasthan
- The students should have an SC category in which they belong.
- Students have to complete their postgraduate studies from a renowned university recognized by the university with marks of not less than 55%.
- The student must also have not been a PhD candidate at a foreign university in any of the subcategories indicated in stipulation 6 of sections 3(2) and 4.

- The applicant should be under the age of 35 years.
- The income of the family from the annual income should not exceed ₹6 Lakh.
SC (Scheduled Caste) Students' Fellowship Scheme-Ambedkar Scheme, Rajasthan
- The scheme is relevant to the SC community only.
- The students must have graduated in the postgraduate, with at least 55% being their minimum mark.
- The students are supposed to be doctoral program admitted to an Indian University which accommodates the stream of study prescribed.

- The applicant’s age should not be more than 35.
- The level of income per family per annum couldn’t be more than Rs. 2.5 lakh.
Benefits of the Scholarship

SJE Scholarship Portal

- Visit the ‘Scholarship Portal’ which falls under Apply Online/E-Services section by clicking ‘Scholarship Portal’.
- Fill in your details at the ‘Sign-Up/Register’ button.
- Your browser will direct you to the Rajasthan Single Sign-On page shortly. Click on ‘Citizen’ in the upper bar.
- Choose from the following – Bhamashah, Aadhar, Facebook, Google+, and Twitter – to start the process of registration.
- Remember to register via your selected option.
- Set up an SSOID and a password to be able to register.
- Click on ‘Rajasthan Single Sign-On’ as it is ‘Sign In’ page.
- Sign in as an SSOID user using your assigned password and login details.
- Having logged in, you are expected to fill in the details of your profile.
- The instance you update your account detail you will be seamlessly be directed to the user dashboard which will make you access various digital alternatives.
- To reach the scholarship application, go to the ‘Scholarships’ menu option.
- A dialogue pops up, ‘Selbrieg Bangungot Na Siyang Sir Swedes Wilson?’ Select ‘Student’ and fill in the form to apply for the scholarship.
- Complete this section by entering requested information and a file will be uploaded with the relevant attachments.
- Finally, submit the application. (Note: Verify it (application) to make sure that you have entered correct data before submitting it.

Renewal Documents
- 10+12th mark sheet photocopy.
- Photocopies of mark sheet of all previous semesters.
- College Id- card photocopy.
- Caste Certificate photocopy.
- Parent’s valid Income Certificate photocopy. (Issued by Competent Authority).
- Residential Certificate photocopy.
- Hostel Bonafide Photocopy (The name of the Hall of Residence and paying amount will be the same as the last Academic Year).
- College Bonafide photocopy.
- Attested copy of fee structure.
- Scholarship undertaking form accessible at Scholarship board, “Scholarship Notice Board” of the university systems.
- Student’s Summary Data Form (which is hanging down on the notice board) of the Institute Website.
