BIHER UG Admission 2024

Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research (BIHER) offers a variety of undergraduate courses with numerous specializations. The 5-year B.Arch. program requires a 10+2 qualification in Science with at least 50%, with selection based on NATA scores. The 3-year B.Sc. programs, including Computer Science, Visual Communication, and Biotechnology, require 10+2 in Science with a minimum of 50%, with selection either merit-based or through BEEE for B.Sc. Agriculture. BA programs in Economics, Tamil, and English Literature, as well as the BCA and BBA programs, all require 10+2 with at least 50%, with selection based on merit. Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research (BIHER) offers Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) programs in various specializations. These programs have a duration of 4 years and offer 19 different specializations. To be eligible, candidates must have a 10+2 passing certificate. Eligibility

For B.Tech admissions, candidates need to have a minimum 50% score in 10+2 aggregate in Mathematics, Physic & Chemistry. For Bioengineering departments, aspirants need a minimum of 50% in 10+2 in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics.

For lateral entry applicants, a diploma with 50% aggregate or B.Sc in mathematics or equivalent is a must.

Selection Process:

Tech aspirants need to appear for the BEEE entrance test with selection based on the rank secured in the said entrance exam.

BIHER PG Admission 2024

Admission to BIHER's postgraduate courses is merit-based on bachelor's degree marks. M.Sc. programs (Physics, Chemistry, etc.) and MA programs (Economics, Tamil, English) are 3 years long, requiring 55% in relevant undergraduate degrees. M.Com. programs need 55% in B.Com., while the MCA requires a UG degree with Business Mathematics/Statistics and 50%, selected via BEEE. The 2-year M.Arch. and MBA programs also use BEEE scores for selection.

To be eligible for the M.Tech course candidates must have a B.E or B.Tech degree with a minimum 60% aggregate score or equivalent GPA.

BIHER M.Phil, Research Program and Ph.D. Admission 2024

BIHER also offers research-oriented postgraduate degrees. For the M.Phil program, candidates need a master’s degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized university and must pass a written test and interview. The PhD program requires a master’s or M.Phil degree in a relevant discipline with at least 55% marks from a recognized university.
