Every year, the NIRF ranking report places Sathyabama Institute of Science & Technology, Chennai, in the top 50 universities in India. Over 300 organisations have visited the campus with 2,823 placement offers as part of the ongoing 2023 Placements. Over 90% of the Sathyabama University students received an offer during the placements, continuing the trend from the previous year.
The average package throughout the placements was INR 5 LPA, while the highest package offered was INR 53 LPA. 120 students received a package of more than INR 10 LPA, while 14 students received an offer of more than 27 LPA. Among the top employers were Federal Bank, Hitachi, Yamaha, Adobe, Oracle, Amazon, HSBC Technologies, and so on.
