Application Process for Al Azhar Dental College

1. Application forms are available online. Candidates can register and submit the application forms online.
2. A print-out of the duly filled application form must be sent to the college along with all the necessary documents and a demand draft of INR 1,000 drawn in favor of Alazhar Dental College payable at Thodupuzha.
3. The forms can also be submitted in person at the college office on payment of INR 1000 as application Registration Fee.
4. An acknowledgement receipt must be collected by the applicant from the college office if he/she is submitting the form in person.

Al Azhar Dental College, Thodupuzha UG Admission

Al Azhar Dental College provides a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) program lasting five years and recognized by the Dental Council of India. To qualify candidates need to achieve a minimum of 50% marks in their 10+2 board exams (40% for reserved categories) with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English and Mathematics as subjects. Additionally individuals holding a diploma in the stream or having completed a pre medical or pre dental course after 10+2 with the subjects mentioned above can also apply.
