About Orunodoi 2.0 Scheme

Orunodoi 2.0 is a well-known plan implemented by the Assam State Government. Assam's chief minister, Himanta Biswa Sarma, launched the Orunodoi, or Arunodoi 2.0, program on October 2, 2020, intending to empower women in the households of Assam. The Assamese government's Finance Department oversees and provides funding for this program. Under this plan, every woman in the state between the ages of 16 and 59 will receive a monthly payout ranging from Rs 830 to Rs 1000.

Beginning in January 2024 and running through February 2024 was the Orunodoi 2.0 Scheme 2024  application period. Once their names are updated on the Orunodoi.assam.gov.in website, all recipients who have applied for the program are added to the Orunodoi new beneficiary list. To determine if your name is on the list, verify your Orunodoi beneficiary information.

The Assamese government will issue the selection list for the Arunodoi Scheme. In addition, candidates selected for the Arunodoi Scheme will receive the funds directly into the designated family member's bank account via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
