About IIT Kharagpur Admission

IIT Kharagpur's admission process for 2025 is currently open for MSc, BArch, and MTech courses. For its flagship BTech program, the institute accepts JEE Advanced scores, and candidates must first qualify for the JEE Main exam before appearing for JEE Advanced. Additionally, CAT scores are required for admission to the MBA program.

Admission at IIT Kharagpur

IIT Kharagpur admissions are based on national-level entrance exams followed by counseling, written tests, and interviews. B.Tech admissions are through JEE Advanced and JoSAA counseling, while M.Tech requires GATE and COAP participation. For B.Arch, JEE Advanced AAT is mandatory, and MBA admissions rely on CAT scores and GD-PI rounds.
